■Features of the Device 【Lipstick Mold Filling Line】 - Our filling and insertion process can be completed in about 15 minutes. - All processes that affect product quality can select conditions and input values from a touch panel and dedicated equipment, allowing for saving and retrieving conditions. - Heated and cooled aluminum plates directly contact the mold for efficient heat exchange. - The mold temperature before filling is measured with an infrared thermometer, allowing filling at the set temperature. - We use a patented jacket nozzle that accurately controls the temperature up to the nozzle tip, with the nozzle descending into the mold for vertical filling. 【Bearing Mold】 - The bearing mold has excellent gloss and release properties for lipstick due to its special material and surface treatment. - Linear bearings for positioning on both sides of the bearing mold ensure accurate centering of the lipstick base and product during container insertion. 【Lipstick Insertion Machine】 - Operators can load lipstick into containers without any direct contact with the lipstick. - Aligning the surfaces of slim-type containers is made easy.
